Printing Method

Your design will be printed directly on the product with the DTG (direct-to-garment) technique that yields bold and vibrant prints.

How should I wash my apparel?

These instructions are general recommendations to prolong the life of custom print items:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

Please keep in mind that washing and drying on a high setting (especially when the garment is 100% cotton) may result in fading and/or cracking the print, shrinking the item, and/or damaging the print. 

Shipping

After an order is placed, it takes our team some time to process. This means accessing your sound link, creating the MemoryWave, confirming payment, and printing your awesome shirt! Once processing is complete, the item will be ready to ship. Please refer below to the approximate shipping times.  

US

Our average shipping time is 3 – 5 business days depending on the order’s destination.

Canada

Our average shipping time is 6 – 8 business days depending on the order’s destination.

Billing

Billing information is required in order to place your order. Our team will first ensure your sound link is accessible and can be downloaded. Once your “MemoryWave” is created, payment will be collected using the information you provided.

Cancellations

How long do I have to submit a claim for a cancellation?

This really depends on which stage your order is at. Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipment & your payment can be refunded. If your order has already been shipped and is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. 

If you’d like to cancel your order, please email us and we will let you know if you are eligible for a refund.

why is my order on hold?

Issues with accessing sound file/video link

If the link is broken or inaccessible, Memory In Waves will reach out to you via email to request an updated link for your sound file/video.  Once we can access the sound file and download it, we will proceed with designing your “MemoryWave”. The order will update from “on hold” to “processing”.
